 1 tbsp salt
  tbsp pepper
 7 tbsp flour
 1 zucchini
 2 cloves of garlic
 1 smaller onion
 1 leek
 5 asparagus
 1 sprig of parsley
 1 tsp butter
 40 g grated parmesan

Cutting The Vegetables

Let’s start!

Cut the zucchini and leek into medium-size rings. Break asparagus in half and then 2-3 more times. Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and onion.
