Ginger Sauce Recipe

 ½ cup chopped yellow onion
 1 ½ tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
  cup tamari
 3 tbsp rice vinegar
 1 lemon (juice)
 2 tsp brown sugar

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. Makes about 3/4 cup ginger sauce.
